New Shows Now

with Jim Fishwick

Jump into the deep end of creating your own improvised show format! With a sprinkling of theory and a lot of hands-on doing, we’ll go from the glimmer of an idea to a rehearsal-ready show. We’ll look at the different ingredients and processes we can use to create a format that inspires and delights our improvisors and audience.

For those who haven’t made a show before, you’ll be introduced to a new perspective on improvisation, to broaden your awareness and improve your scene work. For those with a couple of shows under your belt, you’ll be given some new challenges to extend and complement to extend the skills you already have.

Prerequisites: Impro Melbourne's SpontaneityNarrative Technique, and Character courses.

Age requirement: 18 and over. Please see our Impro in Schools programs for anyone under 18.
