Personal Mythologies

with Tim Redmond

In a time of stress and uncertainty, who we are can be a refuge. It's not just what we remember, but why.

Do you recall your first pet? The first time someone gave you a compliment? The last time you giggled so hard you cried? The sound of your grandfather's voice?

This is a two day workshop that delves into the gentle what's and why's of our personal stories. How they can be fuel for authentic improvised theatre. Tim Redmond leads the students in teasing out the essence of personal stories and how to trust if a story is there, it needs to be told.

Class size is limited to a maximum of 12.

Prerequisites: Impro Melbourne's SpontaneityNarrative Technique, and Character courses.

Questions? Contact our workshop co-ordinator Katherine.

Age requirement: 18 and over. Please see our Impro in Schools programs for anyone under 18.
