Narrative - Melbourne

with Amy Moule

“…Narrative class was excellent, as usual. I had a great time.” — Naomi

Continue your playful exploration of improvisation as we work on the basics of creating stories. Building on the foundational skills you acquired in Spontaneity, this narrative technique class teaches you an essential set of storytelling skills.

In improvisation, these are the fundamental elements that make scenes and games work, and include techniques such as:

  • Recognising all offers
  • Advancing and extending ideas
  • Making strong choices
  • Starting scenes fearlessly
  • Developing story structures
