The Games Machine

with Tim Redmond
Impro has hundreds of games. Replays, rollercoasters, new-choices, genre, physical games, timed games, loud games, quiet games... so many games.

But what do they offer us as players? What do these game rules and structures teach?

The Games Machine is a term long deep dive into game theory. Putting games on the floor and playing them deep to unearth the skills and joys they offer to all our impro, from Theatresports™ style short form to scenic long-form.
