Scene Work Technique 2

with Patti Stiles

Build on the knowledge gained from Scenework part 1, with Patti Stiles. 

The online Scene work technique 2 course uses the tools of observation, evaluation, and discussion. Using key examples in a variety of styles for example plays, sitcoms, movies, and online impro.  This course does not involve actual improvising scenes or games.  Instead, think of this class as being a narrative archeologist uncovering examples and revealing hidden treasures of narrative technique. 
 
Only 10 spots are available in each course.

Prerequisites: Impro Melbourne’s completion of Scenework Technique 1 with Patti Stiles.

Patti has performed on 5 continents in classical and contemporary plays, Theatre For Young Audience, TV, Film and improvisation short & long form, ensemble & collaborative pieces, duo shows, and genre shows. Patti is an alumnus of The Loose Moose Theatre Co. (Canada), Rapid Fire Theatre (Canada) and is a core member of the award winning “Die Nasty”. Patti is the first woman to have improvised for 53 hours straight during the Die Nasty Soap a Thon! The press has dubbed her “Impro Doyen” and “Queen of Improvisation.”
