Cancellation and Refunds

By registering and paying for a course or single workshop with Impro Melbourne the participant agrees to the Impro Melbourne Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by Participant

If a participant wishes to cancel out of a course for which they have paid for in full, the following conditions apply.
Notification of cancellation must be received, in writing via our contact form
If received more than 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.
Between 7 – 28 days prior to the course commencement date, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
Fewer than 7 days prior to the course commencement date, the course fee is non-refundable.

Single session conferences, workshops, and events may have different cancellation terms depending on individual event requirements.

Cancellation by Impro Melbourne

Impro Melbourne reserves the right to change the lead tutor of the workshop and to cancel any course that does not meet the minimum enrolment numbers or cancel in the event of exceptional circumstances. Any change or cancellation will be made in writing to all course participants as soon as possible.

Where cancellation of a course or single workshop occurs, Impro Melbourne will provide (where possible) alternative dates for course delivery, or similar courses, or a full refund of the course fees.

Covid Policy 
During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Impro Melbourne attends to all government regulations and public health recommendations and changes its procedures accordingly.  This may include but not be limited to introducing social distancing requirements, mandating the use of masks, rules around cleaning & hygiene, and limits on class numbers.
In the event of a cancellation of a course or single workshop due to public health or safety concerns or by government order, Impro Melbourne will provide (where possible) alternative dates for course delivery, or similar courses, or a full refund of the course fee.  Impro Melbourne will also provide credits to individuals who are required to miss two or more weeks of a course due to being suspected of having covid, getting tested, or being told to isolate.
