Vocal harmony practice

with Brenna Dixon
Vocal Harmony Practice Workshop

This workshop offers an opportunity to actively practice vocal harmony in improvised songs within a supportive and low-pressure environment. Participants will learn simple, practical tools for finding a harmony note and staying with it, then use those tools while improvising together. The emphasis is on repetition, listening, and building confidence rather than getting things “right.” This workshop is especially suited to people who enjoy singing but feel unsure or nervous about harmonising, and want more hands-on experience improvising harmonies in the moment.

Prerequisites: Impro Melbourne’s Spontaneity course or equivalent impro experience as determined by the Artistic Director.

Maximum 12 students
