  • Being present in the moment
  • Accepting ideas and saying 'yes'
  • Active listening
  • Supportive play
  • Quieting the internal critic

AND along the way you'll improve your skills in communication, mindfulness, adaptability, collaboration and idea generation!

Teacher

Rhys is an actor, musician and writer. He completed a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Hons) at Monash and an Advanced Certificate of Professional Screenwriting at RMIT. He has written and performed in numerous shows in festivals across Australia and New Zealand, and has been improvising for a decade with groups like Impro Melbourne, Soothplayers, and The Big Hoo-Haa! He recently made his screen debut in the horror film 'Late Night with the Devil'. Rhys is also a songwriter, playing solo and in the duo Baby Drivers.
