with Rama Nicholas
"Spontaneity class was the best thing I've done in years. I absolutely loved it.” — L. Young

Everyone can enjoy the laughter and play of improvisation!

Our Spontaneity course covers the basics of improvisation. You’ll work on unleashing your creativity and unlocking your spontaneity through impro games and exercises based on play, collaboration and support. This course is designed to encourage fearlessness, freedom, and fun!

We’ll explore core principles of improvisation, including:

  • Being present in the moment
  • Accepting ideas and saying 'yes'
  • Idea generation
  • Supportive play
  • Silencing the internal critic
  • Communication skills

Spontaneity is the first course of the Impro Melbourne workshop program and requires no prior improvisation or performance experience.

Rama has a strong commitment to her craft, to inspire, challenge and entertain.
