'In the right light, at the right time, everything is extraordinary' - Aaron Rose

Impro Melbourne continues to challenge and broaden the awareness and diversity of improvisational theatre by premiering industry-leading international works to Melbourne audiences.

Impro LightboX is the award winning latest creation from Franck BuzZ, Artistic Director of SUBITO,  in Brest France. Franck will direct and perform with the Impro Melbourne Ensemble in this new style of European show, that stimulates the imaginations of the actors through unique lighting and sound atmospheres.
The show runs November 25th and 26th at the David Williamson Theatre in Prahran and will be performed in English.

The magic lies in the choice of lighting; from candle to video projection, the light becomes the actor’s partner on stage. Strong visual pictures stimulate the actor’s imagination, heightening creativity, playfulness and the relationships between characters. It is poetic, funny, imaginative, abstract and very creative.

“I think about it as a theatrical playground…” Franck BuzZ, director.

Cast: Patti Stiles, Rik brown, Jenny Lovell, Tim Redmond, Jaime Cerda, Brenna Dixon, Jak Vukasinovic, Kevin Yank, Nigel Sutton and Katherine Weaver.
