We are delighted to announce that you can now watch Impro Melbourne shows at HOME by joining the Impro Melbourne Video Membership on Patreon!
Whether you're a local fan who wants to relive the best shows from your favourite players, or you live on the other side of the world and want to see what Melbourne's premier improvised theatre company is all about, the Impro Melbourne video membership is the next best thing to being here live in our theatre.
Each month, we will add a high-quality, multi-camera recording of at least one new performance, hand-picked from one of our recent or current seasons. As a member, you will have full access to the entire growing library to watch and re-watch whenever you wish.
We launch with two amazing shows from our 2025 seasons:
Jane Austen Improvised: Yearning & Earning
A highlight of our first run of Jane Austen Improvised, during the Melbourne Comedy Festival 2025. Recorded 30 March, 2025.
Abigail Edwards (Katherine Weaver) is saved from a mud puddle by the gallant Mr. Archibald Fitzroy (Rik Brown). Graham Croydon (Rhys Auteri) regales Elizabeth Edwards (Kate O'Keefe) with tales of London, north, south, east and west. Graham's sister Bethany Croydon (Amy Moule) plies Fitzroy with tea, while Fitzroy's friend Craigieburn (Timothy Redmond) learns with some difficulty to tell the Edwards sisters apart. A ball, a trip to London, and one last boat ride are had before a business arrangement threatens ruin. Proposals are made, but not all are welcomed.
Songs from a Spellbound City: 23 August 2025
The finale of our 2025 dark fantasy musical season. Recorded 23 August, 2025.
A demon becomes an angel, much to the surprise of his friend. A devil buys craft supplies. Werewolf teens debate Marvel vs DC, and the nature of true strength. A siren plays blackjack. A fairy grapples with the snoring of his wife, a troll. A ghost couple in a nuclear bunker face eternity togeter. A vampire CEO needs his staff to work late. Zombies have cosmetic surgery. A witch confronts the emptiness she feels inside. A troll sells her soul for the pub of her dreams.
