Songs from the Soul

with Brenna Dixon

Do you want to create songs that make the audience gasp, cry, ponder, and laugh?

Do you want to stretch yourself as an improvised singer/songwriter?

This workshop will focus on using emotion as the heart of our songs and allowing characters to be changed by what we discover.

It's about creating powerful songs and channeling these emotions that are broken-hearted, joyful, fierce, soft, messy, and most of all heartfelt. The course has 8 weeks of training/rehearsal with a performance in week 9 of a cabaret of 'Songs from the Soul.
