Sarah Kinsella

It was at St. Martin’s Youth Theatre in 1995 that Sarah first came into contact with improvised theatre & her fascination with the artform has continued ever since. From there she went on to join Melbourne Theatresports™, now known as Impro Melbourne Inc.

Sarah has performed with pre-eminent improv companies: Unexpected Productions in Seattle, and with Keith Johnstone (creator of Theatresports™) in Melbourne with Impro Melbourne and with Bay Area Theatresports™ San Francisco, Paternoster Berlin, Inspinazi Belgium and Belleville company Bologna Italy.

Sarah is a prominent member of Impro Melbourne and has had various roles within the company. At one time she was the secretary, the publicist and continues to be the general troublemaker. Throughout the last 10 years with Impro Melbourne she has been a performer and director for shows including; Theatresports™, Celebrity Theatresports™, Late Nite Impro, Unforeseen Stories, Harold, The Impro Cave, The Water of Life and many more.

In a workshop with Sarah, you can expect there to be a lot of laughter. Sarah’s classes focus on spontaneity, releasing the naughty child within us all and having fun.
